4. RETURNS & REFUNDS (7-DAY MONEY BACK POLICY)
Aayra Jewels offers a 7-day Money Back Policy, applicable for orders up to a maximum value of ₹1,00,000.
Conditions:
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the Invoice date
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Original invoice must be provided
If any coupon, discount, or promotional offer was applied, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after successful inspection.

5. EXCHANGE & BUY-BACK POLICY
Exchange
One-time exchange allowed within 365 days from Invoice date
Exchange value up to 100% of Invoice Value
Buy-Back
Available within 365 days
Buy-back value: 80% of Invoice Value
Discounts or promotional benefits used will be deducted
If not exercised within 365 days, a one-time exchange at 80% value is available up to 3 years from purchase date.
All exchanges and buy-backs are subject to product inspection and approval.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 4 days from the date of order placement.

All returned or exchanged products are inspected upon receipt. If the product is found to be damaged, altered, or not in merchantable condition, the request will be rejected and the product returned to the customer within 5 days.
